2. Free Tools

Tools such as the EMI calculator, on-road price calculator, loan eligibility calculator, PDF compressor, and other utilities are free to use and do not require a paid subscription.

3. CIBIL Analysis Subscription

The CIBIL Report Analysis tool is a paid feature, billed via Razorpay according to the plan you select at checkout. By subscribing or purchasing a credit pack, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee. Subscription status and usage credits are tied to your account.

The analysis is AI-generated (via the Claude API) and is provided as an educational summary only — it is not a substitute for professional financial advice and may not be fully accurate.

4. Payments & Refunds

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details. Refund eligibility for subscriptions or credit packs will be specified at the time of purchase; unless stated otherwise, fees for CIBIL analyses already performed are non-refundable.

5. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the site — including attempting to circumvent subscription gating, uploading files you do not have the right to share, scraping or reverse-engineering the tools, or using the contact form for spam.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, tool logic, and blog posts on Cloud Home belong to Financial Taalim unless otherwise credited. You may not reproduce or redistribute this content commercially without permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Cloud Home and its calculators are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do our best to keep calculations accurate, but we are not liable for financial decisions made based on tool outputs, blog content, or CIBIL analysis summaries. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to your use of the site is limited to the amount (if any) you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including fraudulent payment activity or abuse of the platform.
