Financial Taalim (“Cloud Home”, “we”, “us”) provides free financial calculators, educational content, and a paid CIBIL Report Analysis tool. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it is handled.

1. Information We Collect

Account details — name and email address when you sign up (via Supabase Auth).
Saved calculator results — inputs/outputs you choose to save to your dashboard.
Contact / enquiry form data — name, phone number, email, and message when you submit the Contact page.
Payment information — subscription and transaction records for the CIBIL Analysis tool, processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details ourselves.
CIBIL report uploads — the PDF you upload for analysis, and the AI-generated summary of it. See Section 2 for how this is specifically handled.
Usage data — basic technical data (IP address, browser type) used for rate-limiting form submissions and keeping the site secure.

2. CIBIL Analysis Data Handling

When you upload a CIBIL report for analysis, the file is sent to Anthropic’s Claude API for processing and is not retained on our servers beyond what is needed to generate your result — the uploaded file is deleted after processing unless you explicitly choose to save the analysis to your dashboard. We log that an analysis was run (for subscription/credit tracking) but do not keep the raw report longer than necessary.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain your account and saved results
To process subscription payments and manage billing
To generate your CIBIL analysis and respond to enquiries
To send transactional emails (e.g. enquiry confirmation, receipt) via Resend or Brevo
To detect abuse, spam, and fraudulent form submissions

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

We rely on the following processors to run Cloud Home. Each handles data under their own privacy/security policies:

Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
Razorpay — payment processing for subscriptions
Anthropic (Claude API) — CIBIL report analysis
Resend / Brevo — transactional email delivery
Vercel — website hosting

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, access-controlled database policies) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (including your account and saved results) at any time by contacting us — see Section 9.

8. Children’s Privacy

Cloud Home is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
